Damn. This is exactly what I have been trying to tell people and this now makes it so much easier. I am saving and forwarding this video. Of course, people still aren't going to believe it or it would put 75% of OTC supp companies out of business.

Of course he is using much bigger words than I do. LOL

great watch. some good knowledge, he made me really question when he was saying more test doesn't increase muscle mass. Yet he clearified this later and wasn't refering to doses such as the typical Test cycle

Some many people have such one dimensional thinking when it comes to health & fitness. Many think more is better...or in the case of losing weight...less is better. Those are the people that you never see showing results. There are so many other factors that play into whether or not you are going to build more muscle. Calories in vs calories out...if you are burning more than you take in you won't gain...protein synthesis...how your body processes protein can be different in individuals. Training...are you training appropriately for your body? There's probably more that I can not even begin to think of right now that affects muscle growth. Look at other sports where guys are taking roids...baseball for instance. Many of these guys aren't getting HUGE yet I am sure they increased their testosterone...I wish Layne would write a book in laymans's terms & then go on a book tour to promote it!!!

I see you just joined in April. Give it about a month and you'll see how many people only care about what to take to get a result. It is crazy.

Oh I've been around bodybuilding/fitness for 30 years & I've know what you mean! I am currently a physical education teacher & even the other teachers all ask me "What can I do for my arms?" What can I do for my abs?" "How do I lose weight around ***insert body area here***?" Then when I try to tell them they say it's too complicated or too much work!!! Everyone wants that magic pill to solve all their problems!
