Forgive me if this is in the wrong place.

I’m new to all of this and I have been doing quite a bit of reading so far, but I’m still not quite clear on PCT and I’m looking for clarification.

I’m looking at doing a stack of GW (15mg) and Osta (15mg) for 10-12 weeks and Nolva for 4 weeks as PCT. What should dosing be for the Nolva PCT? Should I do anything before my stack to optimize hormones? Is there anything I can do during my stack to help prevent or minimize suppression (DAA or something else like that)?
 
Nolva dosage should be 20/20/10/10 for a 4 week pct. You could add on some natty product & otc test booster to you pct if you wanted. On cycle support during cycle to can help.
 
You could add a test base to battle (test,4andro,democrine and possibly epiandro) suppression symptoms (which should be mild).Also you should start gw20mgs osterine20mgs
