Can u balance your hormones just with supps? What’s the best to balance your Lh and would it be possible to do this without blood tests ?

I bet they would and if they don't you can probably google it and see what normal levels should be for you age,weight,height etc.

They have in-house doctors and send you a full report on everything.
I did that about a year and a half years ago and now I'm happily on TRT.

NO. That is also why all these supplements that tout muscle gains dont work!
