So my gym at work has dumbells up to 50 pounds. They have various kettlebells. They also have various cable pulldown type machines and for some reason have 2 squat machines, and 1 leg extension machine. They have 2 treadmills and some ellipitcals. Basically it's set up for health and wellness and not for getting bigger IMO.
They have 0 Olympic bars. None of long bars, none of the tricep/bicep bars, etc.
Where is the best deal to buy 60 and/or 70 pound dumbells?
Where is a good place and and approximate cost of bench with the pegs high enough to use for squats, 45 pounds olypic bar, 250-350lb of free weight (to start) and 1 bicep/tricep bar. That would be more than enough for 90% of people here to do bench, squat, rows, deads, etc.
I hope this is hte right forum. I'm going to talk tot he person in charge of the gym and would like a general estimate on cost on what it would take to get something decent in place for the next fiscal year. We are doing budget right now.
TIA!!
