Homemade Pre Workout

Looking to make my own pre workout. Thinking of putting in:

L Citrulline
Agmatine
Glycerol
1/4 TSP of Sea salt
Arginine- what type do you guys use? L-Arginine, AAKG, nitrosigine, or another one?

Other suggestions add?

Looking for pumps and to combine with a high stim preworkout.
 
if mixing my own I just skip arginine because of citrulline. doesn't arginine make it taste bad?

Glycerol

Should be all you need. You can add low dose cialis daily as well for pretty cheap. Vaso6 is another option some seem to like but I’ve never tried it.
 
For sure no need for that arginine.
NItrosigine is solid stuff especially with citrulline (could maybe even lower the citrulline dosage). And I would not use glycerol powder, use the liquid/syrup as you get 100% glycerol and it's dirt cheap. Unless you just want to use strictly powders?
 
Anything else to add: glycerpump, L-Citrulline, Agmatine, and nitrosigine is what I’m going with. I’ve been adding some sea salt as well. I’ll have to play around with dosage and what works, may throw in some Vaso6

I usually add this to a high stim preworkout for energy when needed.

I also see things like betaine, beta alanine, and taurine in a lot of pump products. Any benefits or not needed?

Last, has anyone used Peak O2? Thoughts?
