Homemade Italian Sausage

I was wandering if like 4 oz at 3 o clock of homeade italian sausage that moms made, with a fruit would be fine.. or is sausge not good for cutting at all? i was going to do 2 table sppon of peanut butter and 3 oz tuna for 3 o clocker but mom brought the sausage she made. i already had 2 table sppon for lunch and 6 oz chicken breat no skin

it wont kill you, but it wont help. really fatty meat for the most part.

o ok.. thank u.. i was just thinking it was bad, but i didnt eat it. cause like u said its alot of bad fat!
