Homebrewin is easy! (Update with pinning results 11-29)

Well, I just made 100ml of 100mg/ml test prop and 60ml of 100mg/ml tren acetate. Super easy. I ended up with the following compositions for the mixtures.
TP: 4%BA 10%BB
TA: 5%BA 10%BB
I started at 3%BA on each, but even after adding a good chunk of the oil, I couldn't get it all into solution, so I added a bit more BA and everything was fine. I'll post pics of the goodies soon! :D

****!! Complication... Immediately after making the tren, it was clear (like the prop was/still is). A few hours later (no massive temperature changes or anything else) it is slightly cloudy. I have yet to bake either compound, and removed all needles from the tops of the vials, I used 18g needles while filtering and they did leave a mark, but product does not seem to leak out. What can I do to make my tren clear and pretty again?

Ok, all fixed. I ended up adding more BA, BB, and CS oil to the tren, to bring it's mixture to the following:
75ml
80mg/ml
5%BA
15%BB

I mixed up a shot of this to "frontload" (i'm "officially" on tomorow) a full day's dose (80mg tren 120mg prop), and put it in my right quad, felt great (2.2ml total) will put tomorow's in a glute probably. It's on!

I encourage people to know the oil used befroe making it. Some people have serious reactions to peanut oil so be careful.


Good job mate. I did my first homebrew about 18 months ago with only 5% BA for test and it worked fine.
 
4%BA and 10%BB worked for my prop, but the tren was a biatch.

Hey Fellas,

I am seriously considering going this route to save $$$. However, to be honest I am scared to try it. All kinds of things come to mind.

If I use sterile oil and ba/bb, why on earth would I need to push my product through a Whatman Filter and lose some of it? Then baking it just seems outrageous to me. How do these chemists in the UG labs do it? Is all this necessary?

I just want it to be simple.

Thanks for listening. This is a big deal to me. I need to be saving for a car. Pre made gear is expensive compared to this. I just want to do it right.

I love this board, by the way. I happened to stumble across it searching for info. :)

well the whatman is for taking out some of the small impurities that are found in all types of conversion.. and if you do it correctly you will not lose any of your stuff.. ie you use 2 ml of sterile oil to wash the last bits out. Baking is debatable in some circles, but for me, I think of it as the best thing I have to an autoclave that is used to sterilize all manner of items.

making your own stuff at home is easy, ive made alot of fina, just need to find where to get the stuff to make other stuff like prop
 
I've never used any prop besides my own, and when I made it myself I was able to know for sure what dosages I'd be getting etc. I've been told by an experienced local that my prop has about the same "bite" as any other he's used. Sorry I couldn't be of any more help. When you say homebrew prop, are you talking about a syno conversion?

Yes, I mean the synovex-h conversion.
I thought that is what you were using for your homebrew test.
 
Nope, I used raw test prop powder for mine. Sorry for any confusion. The only "conversions" I've done is one with dazed's (i believe) fina kit.

you don't have to worry about it being a little cloudy espeally if your converted pellets to powder or bought powder. The tren sometimes contains a little bit of water that makes the product cloudy when it cools enough. Add more solvent or duliting it will help clear it up but is unessasary. Enjoy!

Skye: I noticed you are great with these conversions. Do you know where I can find Delta-V tables for steroidal raw powders?

This is probably of little help but I think Kitchen CHemist posted a conversion calculator a while back which serves the same purpose, i.e. it tells you how many mls melted equals how many grams of a powder.
