Home Made Weightgainers

I'm still using raw eggs for my shakes. Have no plans getting salmonella anyway, so if it gets into one of my eggs, I'll just not receive it.
Cooked eggs is terrible in shakes, so I'll just take my chances. :-)

I put 2 hard boiled in mine this morning with a scoop of whey chocolate, two handfuls of blueberries, one banana, a pack of oatmeal, two scoops of peanut butter. All I could taste was peanut butter some chocolate and a bunch of blueberry,

Wanna try my gainer pancakes? Great for eating on extra carb days:-)
3 eggs
1,5 bananas
Squeeze banana and mix together with eggs. May use a blender.
Cook (in coconut oil) as you would cook a pancake, till it's dry and pancake looking.
Eat with a couple of spoons of low sugar strawberry jam, and two big spoons of peanut butter. Enjoy:-)

Wanted to mix it up tonight. I've been saving my fruits and bananas and stuff for morning and pwo. Here's something to change it up and add some calories.

Hey guys trying to save some money. Any suggestions on any homemade weight gainers that taste great?

Pretty much grab a protein powder and add everything you can to raise calories. There are so many possibilities. Too much work for me personally. At that point it's too much effort and I can just make a meal ready. I take Optimum Nutrition Serious Mass, it's one of the cheaper gainers.

Eh it's what I had on hand, and I really wanted those Reese's. Mine this morning was a little better..

Consider sorghum too for even more calories, one cup has 600-700 calories depending on where you look, roughly 20 grams of protein, 140 grams of carbs (12 grams of fiber), and 7 grams of fat. Compared to oatmeal at 300 someodd calories a cup dry.

Coconut oil and two tbsp of nuts and more. 600k Cals right there before protein and milk. Two scoops protein 8oz of milk 1k calories
