Home Gym workouts?

Looking for suggestions for a workout program for my home gym.
Free weights only for now.
I have squat/bench rack.
Barbell & roughly 400 pounds of weights.
Also dumbbells up to 70 pounds.

This reminds me of a Christian Thibaudeau article about relying on all those weird machines too much.
