It is still dark right now, so here is a previous pic of my oldest son when we were checking his form.
It also shows in the background where I am laying forms for a concrete pad which may become the future home of the gym. Completely dependent upon my ability to create a water-proof stable covering, yet open on one end.

And Yes, it is great to have them involved in weight training. But, we train on different schedules. I am a morning trainer, they are afternoon.

Located in California. Lowest morning training temp was 22 F. It sounds cold, but only the bar is cold.

In the summer it is 70 in the morning so I have it easy for a few months.
