It is still dark right now, so here is a previous pic of my oldest son when we were checking his form.
It also shows in the background where I am laying forms for a concrete pad which may become the future home of the gym. Completely dependent upon my ability to create a water-proof stable covering, yet open on one end. :)

And Yes, it is great to have them involved in weight training. But, we train on different schedules. I am a morning trainer, they are afternoon.

Located in California. Lowest morning training temp was 22 F. It sounds cold, but only the bar is cold.:)
