Day 14-Legs day
Slept like **** again on Day 13, but luckily it's cooling off, so I should get some better sleep soon. Took 2 caps upon waking with food mainly because I couldn't wait 15 minutes to eat. Good the feeling back in my chest of anticipation and lightness as the stimulant seemed to kick in quickly again. My energy was good throughout the day, but ny the time I got to my workout, I really was dragging, even with a 3rd cap at 4 pm. I got through my workout pretty well but I was pissed all of the squat racks were taken, so I hate to use the crappy smith machine.

Slight leaning out and appetite become smaller by the day, but I will try to maintain at least 2500 cals. I will be working in low rep days on occasion to maintain strength.
