Since it seems all my logs have disappeared and I've been Black Listed, I would like to thank all those individuals involved. Seems like going through a family crisis or work related job loss can get in the way of a companies pride in not dealing with you and misunderstanding your home issues have become the forefront. I appreciate the time spent and those who I had the pleasure of logging for. Thank you for your past support. To those who reported me and don't understand a person goes through things that hinder your training or emotional state, I pray only great things for you and good luck. See you all and blessings.

I'm back & long Story! Didn't know there was a glitch! I appreciate the people who posted. It was a bad time when it happened. I lost employment and it took 6 months for a solid job to come my way. I'm currently in the middle of selling my home, purchasing a home and beginning new employment this Monday. Also, I'm in mid lawsuit from last employer, had surgery on a flexor tendon on my left hand, middle finger, Game 2 of playing with the Indiana Tomahawks. In fact, they have a game today against the Pa Storm. Injury occurred after play was over and an overzealous lineman was driving me backward. I reached upo to throw him and I tripped and he fell forward over top of me. My finger got pinched in his jersey. I heard a pop. This occurred May 2, 2015. Surgery occurred May 18, physical therapy three times a week ever since. I obtained employment with a company called but it lasted 5 weeks before I alomsot killed myself from working 3rd shift and driving 4hrs back to Indiana, PA every weekend. This is not all, but God has seen me through my situation and family. I will be able to continue with my training goals, work and bodybuilding. I will join you on the forum once again but I had to get my mind right before I returned. I'm back and on a tear.

T-Bone, this community kept me focused. I was running DMZ3.0 at the time. I thought they got angry and blacklisted me. Right about that time I lost a job I was working for 8yrs, making a substantial amount of pay. Then I filed for unemployment and had a reality check when I was told I maxed out the total payout, I'm the sole earner in the family. It was a crazy time. I'm moving back home after leaving in 92'. I finally got a great job lined up where I can make it a future. if anything happens there is tons of industry there, so I won't be in the same predicament. The gyms are much nicer, bigger and I will be so much happier since my wife and kids will be around family when I'm working. Yes, thank you. I'm back and hitting it just as hard. I'm back to the beginning stages with every lift. I'm like a beginner who walked in for the first time until I build wrist strength and get full flexion in my hand. Trust me, it's going to be a fun journey. I'm going to log it on my own until I reach where I left off in February.

Thank you, its all coming together. The Lord is returning all the devil stole. Its a lot. What I have gained is huge compared to what I lost. I can't play anymore because surgeon stated it's over. A flexor tendon takes a long time to get full flexion. I started lifting without clearance. I can't continue to sit and watch my gains continue to wither. I lost so much ground in the gym. The other day a guy runs up to me asks if I needed a spot while benching. Normally I would have said yes, except for the fact it was 135lbs. It's embarrassing. Not the fact that it was 135lbs but the fact that I look extremely awkward lifting that and struggling as big as I am. Add to the fact that I was hitting 405 for 10 reps prior to getting hurt. I never got a chance to film it. I normally film everything so I let the video speak for itself and people don't argue with proof. I was only 1 week in on my first ever and only cycle compound. I only use the basics. So no harm no foul. I'm giving myself a year to rehab and get back to BeastMode. In the meantime I will find another avenue to fill the gaps from all my off time.

Yeah, it was the worst I ever experienced. Here a fun fact for you, the company that creatively fired me got their walking papers two weeks ago. the entire office was escorted out the building. the same people who disrupted my life had the same done to them. they felt I was incompetent and the company came back and said that office location was no longer needed. Karma has a funny way of coming back 360. Those who may have gotten a transfer is in constant fear like they had me in that it can happen again. As long as gas prices stay this low, Consol Energy will fold. In the meantime, my loses are being restored solely. My new company just merged and I'm the first and only employee they have hired for the location and for the rest of the year. I'm going through an extensive training program, 5 years long. Can you say job security. I have to test every year to maintain my job but I will be relocated into another job if I fail but that won't happen. I'm too motivated to fail.

Sounds like you're taking this relatively well Hokie. It sucks having to start over at the gym but the important thing is you are back and not giving up. It's a slow ride getting your weights up as high as you did, but even more difficult to stay there.

TBone for sure,here now and it's been 2Hrs long. Not normal but I'm being careful on speed through exercises of wrist.

Yes, I'm being patient. Learning a new job, house sell fell through, fired my realtor and hired new one coming this Monday. Doing some home repairs but commuting between work and home 3+ hrs until house sells.

Grinding in weight room in between.
