I probably should bump up the fish oil that helps some.
Do you have a specific brand of fish oil you like or no preference?

It's kinda wild how the palm in ohp seems to directly target the front delts. I put it in because of a shoulder click from regular ohp but it's not exactly a compound movement.
This workout does hit all three heads tho. A little late putting it up but I did delts yesterday.

No preference really. I have been using Sundance just because they make a double omega 3 version and they're inexpensive (that version kinda disappeared lately). When I was doing a TKD diet I ate a can of kippers or sardines everyday. That's almost 2 grams of omega 3 at once. Thinking about adding the kippers back in.

Yeah, I've still been doing the recombinant bike thing the on Wednesdays just forgot to post it a couple of times.
Ouch! Bike after a volume leg day on Tuesday. You're legs had to be screaming during that.

We're on day two without power. Had a big storm that knocked trees down everywhere and our outage is one of the smaller so I guess it got pushed back on the schedule of being fixed. Taking the creams here and there(cold showers suck) and just trying to maintain.
Could have went the gym but it's better for me to stay around the house right now. Guess shooting at that 3 plate Cybex bench will have to wait.

We're on day two without power.
Dang that stinks. Two days without AC would hurt me. We lost power just briefly yesterday but my guess is it was due to all the demand from the heat.

Yeah, it was hot weather too. I really didn't miss a dose but layering might have messed with absortion. Took a cold shower so it really was only one. Missed 2 workouts tho. Monday is bench day anyway. Might try a heavy.

Today is chest for me! Doing it a day earlier than international chest day ;) Was planning to go heavy as well but my heavy is not that heavy :LOL:

Back in the gym today for international chest day. I thought for sure I would get three plates on the Cybex but didn't. Going thru this power outage thing and missing workouts might have had something to do with that.
I got a couple bottles of IML turkesterone and going to log that next. I wanted to play around with a complexed version and see how that affects absorption. Took one today to get that nitric oxide pump.

I'm going to change bench up and 5 X 5 Pause reps on the flat and then 3 X 5 on the Cybex. Gotta try to get my flat bench back. Going to put inclines on delt day. That palm in ohp is overkill on the front delts.

Just get a powertec multigym. Nearly as good as cybex or hammer strength at a fraction of the cost. Big fan
Those are nice. After you mentioned this I've been looking at them online ever since :LOL: Now I just have to convince my wife I "need" one and it can fit in the garage gym! :)

Don’t buy them new - go on Facebook marketplace or something and get a used one. They last for decades

Pump and vascularity during an arm workout is a must for me. I feel like if i don’t get some type of pump in my biceps something is off.

The IML gear cream is seeming to not be as anabolic as I had hoped. Been taking twice the dose for 5 weeks now and not much to report. Nothing ground breaking.

I didn't get a really flat out anabolic effect with the Colossal Muscle either but it did help me maintain strength a bit from a previous prohormone cycle. After a bit of deloading, I started reloading and strength did go up fairly close to what it was at the end the previous cycle. It seems to be useful for maintaining gains while off cycle to me. Using it while on just for the cool pumps and vascularity could be interesting too.

Good pumps and vascularity was a common theme. I agree would be interesting to run it while on.

The reason I didn't want to make gains about weight and focus more on lifts is I was trying to get back to 180 lbs.
I reached that goal yesterday. Monday is probably the last day of this one so I'm liable to try a three plate lift on the Cybex.

I hit 65 next Feb and the raw bench national record number for age group at 181 is less than 300. Can't help but think about trying for that.

I did get another chest day in but still couldn't get the three plates. I guess losing a few made it more like a cutter. Not bad tho. All my lifting was up a bit. I missed the Torso rotation because of the holiday gym hours.

Nice weight on the loaded bench. Sometimes it's nice to go heavy and see what kind of weight you can move on an exercise with a 1RM.

Still getting pumps of the andros. Guess I miscounted days. The 100 pumps per bottle is generally pretty precise.

I added Seated calf raises in and wish I didn't. Thought it was a cramp at first but seem to have a pull or just strained in my right calf.

pull or just strained in my right calf.
That's the worst. Anytime i get a leg injury I realize how nice it is to not have an injury since you use pretty much all your legs muscle just to get around and walk.

Yeah, it seems to be just a mild strain. I was limping around after my workout but can hardly even notice it today. I'm going to just do back and bis instead of bike today. Thankfully the quads aren't that sore either. I'm thinking the pre-workout turkesterone helped with that.

That calf pull wasn't that bad. I was limping after my workout but didn't bother me much today. It hurts a bit going up and down stairs but that's about it.

I still lifted instead of doing my post leg day bike thing. Taking turkesterone even just pre-workout helps with DOMS anyway.
Leg soreness wasn't even that bad today.

I just added one more pump per day a couple days ago (5 total now) to the gear cream and it seems to be making a difference. I woke up today and looked a little bigger. Although I did increase my calorie and protein ingestion a bit too.

Maybe that’s what I needed all along, since at 42 years old with a long history of light anabolic use and weighing 250 pounds my receptors need a bit more to activate stuff like this.

Hit a heavy triple today - which was the most weight I’ve done in years. 5 pumps per day seems to do the trick. 👍

I'm glad you posted that. I did a log using the Gear cream for a cutter and wondered about using it for strength. I would be using 2 pumps of gear cream, 2 pumps of 4-andro and my trt. That would be after my off time with the turkesterone and trt.

No problem. It’s hard to tell precisely how it’s working as I am not as consistent as I’d like to be with training and nutrition. But it seems like you should be taking more than the recommended dose if you are heavier like I am and have done real gear over the years like I have.

I’ll be testing myself in flat bench over the next few days - that has been an exercise I have been consistently training over the last 6-7 months, so if I am stronger in it I will know the 5 pumps per is good. 👌

I wish I did more research, but it seems like the reason why I’m not seeing what I desired to see is the fact that most if not all recommend to take upwards of 300 mg of 1-andro and 4-andro per day.

The gear cream has 37.5 and 25 mg per pump of 1-andro and 4-andro. Even a whopping 5 pumps only puts you at roughly HALF of what most “bro-science “ recommends.

I am not 20 years old and 170 pounds. I need more MG’s!!

That's part of the reason for stacking it with 4-andro. You get a better test base. I can't go crazy with the 1-andro because I get lethargy. Maybe 1-andro stacked with that would be good.

Everything makes me lethargic- i have young kids and my wife and I both work full time. And I work overnight shifts

That's my next log. I've been taking some with my pre-workout. The pumps are really cool. My pre-workout has a gram of AAGK and I take a gram of arginine hci with it but the pumps are even better when I add the turkesterone. The vascularity and veins popping out everywhere is crazy.

I did the upright bike on Thursday with varying intensity and the calf didn't bother me. Walking around the gym at the end hurt a little but it's not bad. I will probably just leave calf raises out next leg day.

I did delts yesterday with the turkesterone added with my pre-workout and pumps were great. I will start turkesterone log Monday and see how well the IML version helps retain gains.

Injections. 500mcg. I've dosed up to 1000mcg.

The 4-andro converts to test. The 1-andro is the one you need to watch the dose because some get lethargy with it. It converts to 1-testosterone which is amazing for strength.

Nice bench day for the last day of this one. I got the 225 X 5 X 5 on the Cybex which usually means I can get 315 X 1 but I did some heavies two wks in a row and want to work on this last bench day.

I will be starting the IML turkesterone log tomorrow. I took two of them today and it was pretty sweet. When I took of the others I logged Close together I would get a kinda weird lethargic thing. These don't do that. I took one in the am before breakfast and another with my pre-workout. The pumps were awesome!

I look forward to seeing how well this works at slowing the deload and if I can even reload a bit before doing my next cycle.

i guess the stuff takes a few weeks to kick in - especially since I upped the dosage again.

I have a bottle of 1-andro and 4-andro arriving in a day or two - gonna jack the dosages up even more!

Should I throw some Turkesterone into the mix? May as well right

The turkesterone helps modulate blood pressure because of the nitric oxide. I think pumps help lifts a bit. I've got some wild vascularity because of my research animal's love of the tren back in the day. It makes the veins pop which would pretty cool while on. It's up to you. I'm going do it while off and see how this one does on retaining gains. Already been thinking about using it the way you're talking about.
