HMB and Xtend

I am going to start a recomp soon and was wondering whta the opinions of adding 5g to three servings of Xtend are? I would think taht the HMB would only help to prevent catabolism and help out with strength preservation.
 
It definetly will not hurt ya! HMB has been shown to help with anti-catabolism, but also slightly anabolic. Not sure where I read this.

I have read this as well and the dosing has been slightly increased than the original directions (from 3g to 5g).
 
Yes. I have tried HMB and found it to keep a small sense of fullness. I am not sure, but I may have maintained more mass while cutting.
