thanks for the imput. i am only 21 right now so i may save it for later, but how can it be stored, and for how long? also i have used hitt before and it worked very well, although when i did, i was focusing only on chest and biceps. currently my routine is 5sets/25reps working out 1 bodypart/day. ok so far, but just 1 week into it, just very sore.
