Calories 4500-5000, 300 carbs, 300 protein, 70 fat. Spread throughout 7 meals.
Workout:
Chest, Bi’s (all exercises performed with 4 sets 8-12 reps unless noted otherwise)
Flat Bench BB- 185lbs,paused reps 1 set with 205,paused reps,(worked for the PUMP!)
Incline DB Press-70lb, went ofr that super hard squeeze at the top,with a good stretch at the bottom
Decline Hammer Machine-140lbs,paused reps,super squeeze
Cable Crossovers-30lbs each side,went for that killer stretch and maximum squeeze
BB Curls-100lbs,hard fought squeezed reps
Reverse BB-curls 80 lbs,man these hurt so good!
Standing DB Curls-45lbs,again that killer squeeze was the ticket to PAIN!
Preacher Curls,what can I say,you can’t enter the gym and not do these!
Front Double Bicep Pose Curls,really liked these for the finishing Pump!
Effects:
Guys this stuff is still kicken,If you noticed I had to change up the support sups a little,ran out and didn’t think I was as low as I was,so I had to go to the PLACE and get some stuff that was on sale.I got the BSN products killer cheap so it wasn’t a total loss.The True Mass tastes magnificent,no grit and it is really smooth,the NO is decent but I like the Gaspari stuff better.But in all I still got insane pumps,that I credit to the MassFX,keep it tuned right here for more HillBilly madness!
