Ok guys I will not list weights for this week,this week is a DC style pump week,that may continue throughout my cycle depending on results.The weight I used tonight was about 75% of what I have listed in my previous entries.Tine to see just how pumped I can get.

Dosing:
4 MassFX evenly spaced
4 HD evenly spaced

Other supps:
Muscle Milk
Gaspari Super Pump 250
Super B Complex
Omega 3

Diet:
Calories 4500-5000, 300 carbs, 300 protein. Spread throughout 7 meals.



Workout:
PUMP!PUMP!PUMP!

CHEST max reps 25-35 on all exercises
Cable Crossover-4 sets all till failure with paused rest
Bench Press-4 sets all till failure with paused rest
Incline Db Press-4 sets all till failure with paused rest
Incline Db Fly-4 sets all till failure with paused rest
Calves
Donkeys-2 sets till failure with paused rest
Seated Calf Raise-2 sets till failure with paused rest
Back
Straight Arm Pulldowns-4 sets all till failure with paused rest
Two-Arm Db Row-4 sets all till failure with paused rest
Wide Grip Pulldowns-4 sets all till failure with paused repstsuper set with
Reverse Grip Pulldowns Failure!
Abs
Double Crunches-2 sets till failure.


Effects:

I got the best chest pump tonight I have ever got!Man this stuff just plain Rocks!Everything I have stated before is still going on,I have good sleep and I am starting to notice the increased libido.Stamina seams to be going up as well.Man I am SO PUMPED!

Shoulders ,Traps,Biceps- all exercises for pump only,weight set for failure at or below 30 reps, performed 4 sets on all exercises

Effects:

Man SWOLE! PUMP tonight.I went way past what I can usually stand on pump week,it seems I was always able to squeeze out more than I should have,it’s like this stuff has a pain killer in it,lol.Well everything is still holding at a high level,I think I will bump to 5 next week and try it agin,maybe 6 idk ,depends on how I feel.The HD bottle is getting lighter so we will se just how deep the rabbit hole goes!

Low Rolls (seated),4 sets 140lbs,8-12 reps


Effects:Felt real strong tonight,but unfortunately the shoulder started tingling a bit:aargh: so I cut the workout short.Again I see no way I could have pursued this long without the boost and pump I am getting from these sups.I will test the water again Mon,but I am going to go back to the 5 day split again,I don't think my shoulder is responding well to the high rep intensity I was throwing at it.But I am really starting to notice good growth in my arms and traps,man this stuff never quits!

Workout:
Chest, Bi’s (all exercises performed with 4 sets 8-12 reps unless noted otherwise)

Flat Bench BB- 185lbs,paused reps 1 set with 205,paused reps,(worked for the PUMP!)
Incline DB Press-70lb, went ofr that super hard squeeze at the top,with a good stretch at the bottom
Decline Hammer Machine-140lbs,paused reps,super squeeze
Cable Crossovers-30lbs each side,went for that killer stretch and maximum squeeze
BB Curls-100lbs,hard fought squeezed reps
Reverse BB-curls 80 lbs,man these hurt so good!
Standing DB Curls-45lbs,again that killer squeeze was the ticket to PAIN!
Preacher Curls,what can I say,you can’t enter the gym and not do these!
Front Double Bicep Pose Curls,really liked these for the finishing Pump!



Effects:

Guys this stuff is still kicken,If you noticed I had to change up the support sups a little,ran out and didn’t think I was as low as I was,so I had to go to the PLACE and get some stuff that was on sale.I got the BSN products killer cheap so it wasn’t a total loss.The True Mass tastes magnificent,no grit and it is really smooth,the NO is decent but I like the Gaspari stuff better.But in all I still got insane pumps,that I credit to the MassFX,keep it tuned right here for more HillBilly madness!
