yupppers, not now not for a long tine. I truely appreciate kbrowns suggestion because it shows his respect for me and my log plus alot of people dont realize my age which isnt bad. my progress is great naturally and ima going to push myself to my natural max before i try anything
 
ate my daily food need already so i didnt have to worry because im going to my friends lake house for a fire and maybe boating, it should be real fun!

I trained for about 8-9 years before touching AAS. Part of me wishes I never went to the darkside haha
 
^^^^ yuppers but there is only so far you can naturally go... i remember how badazz i felt when i got my first jug of protein in 7th grade.. hit 130 for the first time
 
good day today. ate alot, stretch and kept up my daily core workout. I came to tge realization today laying under the stars that i am an addict. I love lifting, i love being the biggest kid at the fire, i love reading my log ( my book has been used since freshman year) and reading my progress. There is no better feeling than seeing the scale move up and up There is no drug, no ideaology that compares to what the gym preaches and my body proves... sorry bout that lil spurt guys

Don't be sorry bro! You may be onto something : ) that's passion! What's your career choice/degree path looking like? Someone may need to stay in the sports/fitness field!
 
actually ima going to major in biochemical and minor moleculer engineering... my a chem guy, a big chem guy

You can go into the fitness field and the healthcare field both. That's the path I chose. I work 7 days as an RN and then I'm off for 7 days and during that 7 day period that I don't work, I meet with clients and train them 2-3 of those mornings. I knew that I wouldn't make as much as a full-time trainer as I would what I'm doing now, so I decided that I'd do what I love and make some money saving lives in the process.

Let me be the first to tell you though, I regret so bad not going all out in school like I wanted to and going for what I always wanted to do, which is pharmacy. If you are great with chemistry, if I were you I'd definitely look into being a pharmacist. You'd make tons of money, have basically an economy proof job, make a difference in the world and your job will be indoors all year not having to worry about weather, wiping asses, etc. I wish every single day I'd became a pharmacist. Just thinking maybe you could give a thought where you like chemistry. You could always do PT'ing on the side.
 
i want into get the step before that. like my end of the year assignment for ap, i synthesize the active compound in ibuprofen, tyonel(god i cant spell, anf and unknown halogen compound, the i perform a color, acidity, and a gas purity test. i want to create new medication basically
 
i decided to go for my pr in benching, and a lovely member of am supplied me with an amazing way of working myself up to 280... so i did 140/5 170/3 190/2 225/1 250/1 265/1 i got 280... went for 285 got that and pushed with all my might one more time for 290!! broke my pr 3 times, so freaking exited!
 
Congratulations. I'm glad the warm up you used worked for you. I usually only do singles on my warmups for max days, but it's all in what you enjoy since a lot of weightlifting is mental anyway.

Does anyone in this thread play baseball or have an opportunity or the potential to go pro in any particular sport? I'm interested in hearing how strong some of you football players are for your size.

Football and track go well together. Your size seems to be pretty good for football. 190lbs at 5'8" should give you small enough for speed but large enough for a lot of power and strength. What are your lifts at the moment?
 
i set a pr yesterday benching 290!... squat as of three weeks ago is 425... my coach makes us hexbar deadlift so thats 485 and straight bar is 445. i dont overhead press because of my shoulder

Overhead pressing would actually be better for your shoulders than bench pressing. Maybe before you were pressing with the elbows out rather than in front of you? That could cause some injuries..

Your lifts are massive. Keep pushing. At your age with some great determination I could see you benching 4 plates, squatting 5 and pulling 6 someday in the future. When I graduated high school I was able to bench 300 and 4 years later I benched 405 for the first time in my life. I probably would have done it sooner had it not been for all of the endurance focused exercises in the Marines.

5ft 4in 144 205/225/250 (4.48 forty) rb/c

these are some of the better players on my team 65 and 63 are linemans 61 is a linebacker 58 180lbs is a saftey and 58 155 is a cornef/slot reciever.... i cant sleep so i thought i hook you up and the baseball player i talked to you about is 6ft 2in 215lbs 315/460/525 (straightbar)
 
i started a 30min stretching routine after my shower, boy arnt i feeling good. My back is alot better, im not as tight in the morning

i went to the gym, it was just me and a football buddie... We decided to do a fake liftathon before our workout or for our workout.. So here are my totals bench 290 hexdead 500 and squat 400... I think squats went down because deads kicked the **** out of me... im not gunna complain with this pr.. thats a total for 1190!!! 1200 will be easy because i have three days to max out mon weds and fri.. so my squats should be 425!!

thats my only issue, its a curse. I can grow a find ass beard since i was 14 but i shave everyday because i do not enjoy having one!

Did a good thing of stretching today... Getting ready for my last week and im looking for opionons... I have two weeks till my liftathon.. This week starting with the 23... and the week after.. and the third week is my liftathon.. I have access to a gym everyday this week but the week after i have to go work this charity event so i wont have access to free weights except for monday
What shoukd i do to make sure i get the best results??
 
Ok here's what I would do, treat is as a deload week. Knockout body weight exercises on your normal split days, push ups on chest days, pull ups for back etc. Just go light stay a bit active and you will actually come back way strong. It takes 2 full weeks off the gym to actually start losing gains. (I heard that from a pretty reputable dude not a study but I'm inclined to take it at face value) I take a deload week every 5th week and always come back smashing. It will work for you, just keep your diet on point too.

LOL, and to add to above, make sure to go alpha hard in the gym this next week, like I know you will. Really do some damage so that on your light week your body is really growing. You're gonna smash the competition at your team lift off bro! They better have your sleeves pre cut off your shirt for you:)

If i get 1200.. ima going make it 2 to go over the
other zero because not many skilled players can get that amount.. only one other kid on my team can and he is 65 275lbs
