Highschool athlete thread

ima 17years two months 4 days 4 hrs and 15 minutes
 
holy ****, my legs are exhausted. i dont know how much i walked but i do know it was way to much
 
did a good chest workout, my shoulder feels real good now. my legs are so tired... squat, hershey park and yesterday prom. i need to sit
 
taking school off tomorrow because i have finals tues- friday.. so alot of studying with a good workout. we got out 7on7 jersey which are so sweet. if anyone id bored june 2nd and want to watch a good 7on7 come to toledo university
 
so here is my question, i have thrown off cardio for a serious bulk. so when should i put in my cardio to get back to friday night speed. football is august 15th. also ima not in that bad of shape, run a 5min 43sec in gym class

I have finals Friday thru Tuesday. I hate that i have to go to school the Tuesday after memorial day

Dude. That's preety good. I don't run nearly as well as that. I though you were a huge bodybuilder. Do u have a progress pic
 
not really, do to the fact personally i never had the urge to photograph myself w/o my shirt on posing (not that there is anything wrong with that) and that this has been a smooth process since i was 11, i think i cam find an early/ recent pick to put w/ one i can take
 
ima not a huge body buolder.. ima an athlete with good size with good speed, ima tryinf to rock the line between body builder and track star
 
I'm 22 haha I know it's late but I just got back home from spending the weekend in Lubbock watching my good friend's college graduation.

You can never start cardio too early. There's no such thing as being too fast haha.
 
but i ment this question because i want to be the most solid as possible, i rather be 200 running a 4.8 than 185 running a 4.5
 
That's a little bit more tricky. Weight loss is Calories Consumed - Calories Expended = Weight loss/gain. So if you don't want to lose weight but you want to start getting in cardiovascular shape, why not up the calories when you start running too?

So. I have to eat 1600 calories w/o any exercising to loose 40ibs by August. Do u think I should eat just as many calories when I do work out to loose more weight
 
i think you should dropped your intake by 200 at most, eat heathly abd exercise well. dont starve yourself.. aim for half a pound a week
 
yuppers, but im a slow and steady type guy and i few gaining/losing weight the same way
 
i need reciever gloves, give me ideas.. nike boom, cutters or what... hook me up!
 
i heard they are great, do you know of any cool looking ones, the best i know of is tge ying yang but they arnt really special

Ya they are but not really they're all pretty generic I'll run a quick search and look for some
 
i got 405, kinda pissed cause the coach made me go way lower than 90 and blew my chance of really doing something impressive but o well
 
a little bit sore for my maxibg/workout.. good day though..last final done, sat score of 1890 and won my schools weekly sports talkshow

bb flat bench- buckeye 280, i dropped down one but i went real deep and slow with a wider grip
clean 135/6 155/4 165/3 175/4 185/2 200/1
db flat bench 90/6 4 4 2
tricep pulldown rope- 70/5 3 1
tricep bar pulldown 70/ 8 8 4
chain bench real wide 155+ chains/ 11 9 5
drop sets 220/4 215/4 205/5 185/7 135/13
hanging leg raise 4 4 0(just was dead)
 
whats some critques from you guys on my thread so far, what do you like and dont. what can i do better or need to add. cause i like to believe i do everything perfectly, i know i dont
 
I'm start cutting on Wednesday. Hopefully. Going to ride a bike for obo an hr then so strength training. While eating obo 1800cal per day.

took the day off from school, gunna get a hood workout in... toledo saturday getting pumpedd
 
nothing, me, my qb and my other side linebacker sit on our bench like we have since seventh grade and as soon as im in that situation i need nothing else... i dont really need anything to get pumped, just happens
 
hgood workouut today, getting my summer one tuned it... ima gunna love that extra time to ummm EAT!
