I’m looking to take in the highest amount of epa and dha I can to improve conditions within my body.

I’d rather not have to take 10g of normal store bought crap, I’m sure there is a high concentrate brand out there.

point me in the right direction.

Depends on how much you’re willing to pay I would imagine. Nordic naturals ultimate seems pretty high. I know Carlson has a twin pack that had decent numbers epa and dha numbers but I don’t remember them exactly.

Flameout by Biotest is 2200 DHA/880 EPA. I stumbled upon it one day but have never used it.

Affordable options:

As above, now has a version with 500 mg EPA/250 mg DHA
Now also has DHA-500 which has 500 mg DHA and 250 mg EPA.

Bronson Triple Strength has 625 mg EPA/244 mg DHA per capsule and 360 caps is $50. Personally, I take 6 of these a day....but even 2-3 would be good for most people.

I have been taking Nordic Naturals Pro Omega 2000 with D. It has 1125mg EPA and 875mg DHA with 1000mg D3 per serving of 2 softgels

Nordic naturals is a bit more pricey but very good quality
