Figured I have lurked enough and should say hello, currently in Afghanistan and working to get back in shape. Was sidelined when the back started acting up. Was ib Nice Muscles and IPOP wa while back but been off the forums for a while.

34, 220#, 25%bf( on the way down), on TRT not much else to say for now.........
