HIGH TOTAL TESTOSTERONE, LOW ESTRADIOL, LOW SHBG AND LOW FREE TESTOSTERONE

Hi, I would need help for my situation, I am on testosterone propionate every day at 25 mg a day, the libido is good but not constant and I suffer from erectile dysfunction with a soft erection and no morning wood or spontaneous erection (I still take tadalafil 20 mg every day), from the latest tests it turned out that my total testosterone is good, but my estradiol, my shbg and my free testosterone are low, I always thought that the origin of these problems despite being on trt were due to low free testosterone which in turn was certainly due to high shbg but from the tests instead they are very low. what is the real cause of this discomfort of mine what should I do to raise the free testosterone and therefore feel better? thanks
 
Who prescribed prop for trt?

Switch to a long ester and pin every other day. You need more estrogen conversion.

That's wild, for most ppl cailis and Viagra only lower BP a few points, typically it's the stuffy nose that drives ppl nuts.

With that said, 5-10mg daily is more then enough

Question for both you guys, I have heard of a lot of people getting migraines from it but I've never heard of any of them having low blood pressure. Have either of you checked BP that it was actually low, and if so how low was it? I'm genuinely interested
 
My BP has always been perfect throughout the years. Anytime I took tada, I got light headed and had a pretty crazy migraine. I never checked BP during that time though so it’s anecdotal and a little bro science
 
Never checked but have the symptoms, migraine, stuffy/fuzzy feeling in my head. Headache is normally at the top of my neck/bottom of head which usually means it’s caused by tension

Try checking next time, id bet it's not BP, mainly because lots of ppl get the stuffy nose and headache without any BP issues. The main reasons why Cialis and Viagra did not make it to the market as blood pressure medications was because they didn't really do a great job at lowering blood pressure, but they did do a great job at giving boners lol
