Hi mates,

Recently i got my bloodwork results after a lgd + dbol cycle 1 month ago, i havo also run MK 677 for 1 year. The thing is it shows glucose level is high, the normal range is between 60 - 110 mg/dl and i got 112. It is not too much but it is still high.

I wanna know if it can be the result of the last cycle and my long MK677 run, as i have heard Ibutamoren can raise blood sugar. I really enjoyed it and i would like take it longer.......

And if u guys can tell me what should i do now? any supplements to help me drop this glucose level? Thanks

Yes mk677 use will result in high fasting bgl. Easy fix though, you can adjust your diet, increase fats and lower carbs, incorporate a gda supplement around meal time. Berberine works really well. Cinnamon, fish oil and chromium are all things that can help lower bgl as well.

Yes MK-677 raises blood sugar, to get it down you need to start taking a GDA (glucose disposal agent) and reduce your carbohydrate consumption. I would take berberine at the minimum, preferably with chromium, cinnamon, and ALA. Chaos and Pain makes a great GDA called Predator. Personally I use predator and ALA before high carbohydrate meals while on MK-677, and it keeps my fasting blood sugar between 70 and 80.

Bingo.

Do 2 weeks of straight keto.
Week 3 and beyond, add simple carbs to your evening meals on training days.

Doesn't keto lower testosterone and IGF-1? Considering he is 1 month post cycle I would personally prefer to maintain an optimal hormonal profile, and add a GDA instead.

Keto has shown to lower igf1, but not disable it, and raise testosterone do to the heightened fat intake. The igf issue is a non issue in ketosis anyways. And when you add carbs after 2 weeks, that takes care of the igf issue, while allowing you to get the benefits of Keto.

I have only seen studies supporting that keto increases GH and MGF. It makes sense that serum IGF would drop, it’s glucose dependent. The body’s way of trying to adapt to heal when blood glucose is still high and GH can’t hit the muscular receptors because of insulin presence, instead it binds to the liver to release serum IGF.

A lot of people find their testosterone raises because they eat a lot more saturated fat, whereas a lot of people eat lower fat, and higher carb.
