High protein smoothie recipes

Egg beaters, whey, oats, peanut butter and blueberries

200 grams egg beaters
1 to 2 servings of whey
100grams oats(blended before)
2 tablespoons pnt butter
Some blueberries if you want some extra flavor
 
Get a good whey isolate (2 scoops), throw in some fruits or veggies (kale for example) and then go from there

If you want higher fat use peanut butter, avocado, etc.

If you want carbs use oats

Try to find out what works for YOU and your macros and taste
 
1 cup sugar free vanilla almond milk
1/2 - 1 cup of cold water as needed
2 cups frozen kale
1 - 2 cups of frozen melons (cantelope & honey do)
1 tbsp avacado
2 - 3 mint leaves
1 - 2 slivers of lime squeezed for juice
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
