High estrogen-anxiety-high BP

I've been going through high E2 over a period of time. Don't know the numbers but sure know the symptoms.
I was doing for a long time a modest yet productive dose test cypionate of 60 mg every 5 days. TT levels were 752 on day 3, 500ish day 5 and on day 6 356(quick drop obviously. Anyway I had pretty good results with that for trt(strength, libido, confidence, etc....)
I asked my dr if we could up the dose some. He went with 80mg every 5 days. Ok cool. I knew this could be too much. I don't take an AI and don't want to.
First month felt great. Second month could tell in workouts something wasn't quite right. Was losing a little strength. Not quite as much morning wood and not feeling all that secure and confident as I was. Very gradual decline.
This gradual decline kept going for 6 or months. I couldn't really see it coming because it happened so slowly.
Fast forward to the last month and there's been a dramatic change in everything that was good. Major anxiety, loss of strength(quit working out in fact) ED and some bloating(gained about 10 lbs). I was 5'11"- 186lbs and really strong and wound up 5'11"-196 and losing strength. Anxiety has made my BP and pulse drastically elevate at stressful times.
Anyway obviously my E2 has gradually climbed back up over these 6 months(I told myself I'd never let that happen again) . Like I said I don't have the E numbers but I do know the symptoms.
Anyway I've just decided to go back on my old dose of 60/5days. Not perfect but I'll sure as hell take it.
Can anyone relate? Anyone been stressed and anxiety stricken? Is it possibly high E?
Thanks.

If anxiety is a symptom it could be related to elevated prolactin which can come with elevated E2 levels.

Prolactin opposes dopamine in the body and throwing off dopamine can cause mood problems. I have even read stuff that says that elevated E2 levels cause increases in serotonin levels which can also throw off the balance in your brain causing mood issues,

I would get your E2 and prolactin levels tested and have your Dr correct those levels if they are out of whack. Don't let him tell you to just start taking antidepressants or benzos for the symptoms.

Right. No way am I falling for that.
Unfortunately I don't have insurance at this point(I know).
I'm pretty certain that if I drop my dose back down where it was with no E issues I'll eventually be back to "normal".
With that gradual incline in E over 6 months, I wonder how long that will take.
A couple years ago I mistakenly took too much because the cypionate chrystalized and BOOM within 2 days i felt aweful. That sudden surge only took a week or so for high E symptoms to clear. I wonder how this long gradual build up will react. Hopefully quickly out and gone.
