High estradiol on TRT

Hi guys,

More than 3 months ago I finished a Dbol + test cycle and carried on with my TRT protocol Test e 50mg x 2 per week (own TRT, not prescribed) . Today I got my bloodwork results and it is like this:

17-BETA-ESTRADIOL 67,8 pg/ml. (< 36,1)
TOTAL TESTOSTERONE 12,35 ng/ml (1,56 - 8,77 ng/mL)
FREE TESTOSTERONE 28,70 pg/ml. (7,00 - 22,70 pg/ml)
SHBG 16,52 nmol/l. (10 - 57)
PROLACTINE 12,80 ng/ml (2,60 - 18,1 ng/mL)

My total testo, free testo and estradiol are way too high as I see, is this normal with my TRT protocol?
I guess I have to lower test e maybe 75 mg per week? Should do I use an Ai like Arimidex too?
Im also a little bit worried becasue my blood pressure seems a little bit high, around 13/14 systolic.

When you finished your cycle, did you stop injecting testosterone for 4-6 weeks or did you go straight to your trt dose

No I didnt stop, i just went to TRT. Should I have stopped?
