High dose MK 677

How long are you running it? For healing? 20mg is great, and 10mg is nice for long haul.

Not sure how long I'm running it for honestly. Goals are fat loss and building muscle. Not expecting any miracles here lol, just a little extra help.
 
Maybe I'll switch to morning dosing and see how that goes.
.I have been getting **** sleep since I started taking it at night anyway.

The benefits are not in relation to the sides (massive hunger: woke up at 2.3 a.m. and had to take approx. 600 kcal). The regeneration only slightly improved, was already on top. No "water tower mode" was experienced, Alex281 :D But you are right: if you start right away the cycle with a very high dosage, you will gain water like a sponge, if you don't keep attention.

Will stay at 10 - max. 20mg/ed.
 
I have also ran at 50. 25 am, 25 pm. The sides were much much more apparent and overall benefits for bodybuilding were negligible. I have also gone up to 50 here and there for my planned cheat days to increase appetite. That worked really well for me. I would eat like an ox then sleep like a bear for half days at a time lmfao.

I found the best dose to be around 12.5 up to 25max. The rest is excessive.
 
So far my experiences with two caps of Ghar1ne pre bed with 5mg melatonin:

In just five short days, I have put over five lbs of water weight lol. Obviously my stomach is looking sloppier...bloated and a tad distended. However, my arms and shoulders are fuller and actually noticeably leaner.
