Hey guys, I just got some invictus and I wanted to log my experiment as I was chosen to do a log a while back but it wasn’t the best as I stopped and restarted the product. So , this is my way of giving back to iron legion. Thanks to @_Endure_ for giving me a great deal👍.

This will be a high dosage experiment. I’ve been dealing with a TON of stress and I’m even displaying some Cushing like symptoms. My face and abdomen randomly started swelling a few weeks back. It’s been getting much better, but not as fast as I’d like. It’s weird as usually my face is always lean and this is more so swelling than “bloat”. The stress has definitely caught up to me.

my plans are as followed
Reverse pyramid

1/2 ml upon waking
1/2 ml post fasted cardio
1/2 ml IMMEDIATELY post workout
1/2 ml pre final meal
1/2 ml pre bed

Week 2
1 ml upon waking
1/2 ml post workout
1ml pre bed

Week 3 and so on , I will asses how I feel and lower the dosage as needed


I remember the first time using invictus and I felt very relaxed. I’m hoping it will help even more as I am doing this high dose for the community

Just got the product today so I applied 1 and 1/2 ml post fasted cardio. Feeling relaxed 😌 already

Legs tonight reverse pyramid training
Leg press 4x 10/12-15/15-20/20-25
Hack squat 4x 8-10/12/15/15-20
Leg curl 4x 10-15/15-20/20/dropset
Leg extension 4x 10/12-15/15-20/20-30
Walking lunge or smith squat or vertical leg press machine 3 x failure
4 sets of calves
Abs

Day 3: forgot
To log my chest workout from last night


reverse pyramid
Decline bench 8(PR) / 11/ 14 / burn out set
Incline smith machine press 7/12/15/17
Decline hammer strength press 8/10/15
Standing cable fly 4x failure
Pec deck 2 sets
Seated cable fly 2 sets
Dip machine for chest 3 sets 10/12/15

ab crunch machine 2 sets
Side crunch with a cable 2 sets
Leg raises 2 sets

Felt amazing

Today, still feeling good and felt some endurance on fasted cardio . Just in a great mood.

snapped a picture from this am in a fasted state. Noticing some skin thinning. Also, when I eat, I don’t feel as bloated so possible nutrient partitioning 🤔

slept very deep last night, as well

Day 5: face swelling has gone down a lot. Even got comments about it today .

sleep has never been better
