Am playing around with gaba at the moment. Have used it on an off for years but usually in high pre bed doses, which led to ridiculously deep sleep (and im one who sleeps for no more than 4 hours usually, as im hyper) and good recomp/definition.
Its 3pm and i just took a gram of gaba powder. I need to point out i eat once daily, at around 9-10:30pm (yeah i love taking my time eating 3k and over at once). So this was done on an empty stomach as it should be.
Well this stuff taken now has stimulated me more thAn 200mg caffeine. Wtf? I even have some jitters lol
Any expereinces with high dose gaba taken during the day? Results of doing this? Aims? Maybe taken pre workout?
Also, what do you guys like combining gaba with?
I plan to take an extra 3g before bed tonight and will continue doing so , but what i did today when i took it during the day seems to have made me wonder whether its the same gaba i remember!
