High dose deca

^^ both of those responses are entirely accurate. What's your reason for the question? Decca works wonders at the recommended dose, it just takes time because it's a slower esther. If you're looking for something to put on mass quick while you wait on the decca go with an oral. I'm currently running 700mgs of test and 500mgs of decca and after only 3 week I've noticed gains.
 
600mg tops of Deca unless you are a 275lb+ bodybuilder with 8-10% body fat. Most pros and high level guys I know won't even go past 600mg ew. It's has diminishing sides past that. You get more benefit from running test higher
