High dose Cissus RX or Symmetry?

I'm interested in taking it for two purposes: Foremost for anabolic purposes, and secondary ligament strengthening.

Which would be better?

I weight 187 at around 12% bf.

symmetry is best for anabolic purposes- cissus-rx is best for tendons- so w/ your goals in mind- symmetry

both is the best way to go...

OK, money is tight for me. I could do one bottle of Cissus and one of Symmetry, or three of Cissus.

If I did one bottle of Cissus, would you space it evenly over a month with the Symmetry; megadose Cissus then phase to high dose symmetry; or megadose Cissus for 10 days while taking Symmetry normally?

even at 6 caps a day its pretty amazing for healing injuires in my experience.ive been doing 9 caps for a lil while and it does seem to have an added effect.had some ankle injury problems..minor relatively speaking...but things seemed to heal up like i was freakin wolverine from xmen!

3 bottles of cissus and use 8 a day on workout days and 6 on off days and take sundays off.

i injured my right patella tendon like 5 years back. and since then, from a functional stand point, it's completely healed. But it's been hurting when i sit ever since. and now, the pain has spread a bit to the back of the the leg at the same position of where the patella tendon is in the front.

mri, x-rays, reveal nothing. sometimes i rub some anti-inflammation gel, but it doesn't help much.

this cissus product, if i take it at high doses, do you think it will help this problem just a bit, or greatly?

should help quite a bit- but everyone is different- most people who have used cissus report a major (if not total) reduction in pain/inflammation occurring w/ tendonitis, old surgeries, new surgeries, ligament and tendon damage, and clicking of joints.

Cissus Rx is basically the reason I was able to continue weightlifting. I had pretty bad tendonitis for over 6 months, and constantly had to keep taking time off. Now, after 2 months of use my tendonitis hardly ever shows itself (I started noticing it subsiding after 2-3 weeks at 6 caps on 4 caps off).

D- a little O/T, but does cAMP directly inhibit COX like an NSAID does? Im asking this because of the small dose of Cissus in it. Im planning on running Xfactor, and unless the above is true, they should be fine to run together from what I understand

cissus is not a cox inhibitor like NSAIDs- it mainly works through the stimulation of collagen synthesis (hence the anabolic effect w/ larger doses), NOT through cox inhibition cox inhibition causes interference w/ the cascade effect- which is something that will inhibit the main mechanism of action in x-factor.

so short answer- yes you can use camp w/ x-factor

Ok thanks. Second part of my question: then why is it not ok to use Cissus Rx with Xfactor if Cissus doesnt work thru COX inhibition at all?

Cissus also possess analgesic properties on a mg per mg basis comparable to aspirin or anti-inflammatory drugs like ibuprofen. Cissus quadrangularis, which has been proved to be highly effective in relieving pain, reduction of swelling and promoting the process of healing of the simple fractures as well as in curing the allied disorders associated with fractures (7). The mechanism through which Cissus exerts its analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties has not been well characterized. It may act centrally, but the anti-inflammatory features suggest that it acts by preventing the conversion of arachidonic acid to inflammatory prostaglandins.
