High BP, celery seed dosage

Hey guys. So Im day 3 into epi @ 40 mg. I preloaded hawthorne berry at 1 g a day. I been using cycle support with hb extract in it. However I am almost out. I got bp checked today it was 122/98. Also been getting slight headaches all day today and yesterday. So I went out and got some celery seed extract need to know dosage. Cant seem to find out anywhere. Each pill has 100 mg of celery seed extract and 25 mg of hb extract. How many pilla per day? Thanks guys
 
I been taking 3-4 100 mg of celery seed per day and my bp was 145/75 two days after I started. How long does it take to kick in?
 
I took celery seed for a month and it never lowered my bp. My bp was due to high e2, so I guess it doesn't work on that.

it already kicked in, your diastolic pressure dropped from 98 to 75. the diastolic ist the more important number concerning bp. thats a fact most people arent aware of.
 
These guys have it covered for BP, but i'll remind you that headaches are quite common when hydration is lacking... which is very common on steroid cycles. Just food for thought.

because the diastolic is the pressure thats permanently lasting on the heart; my wifes a nurse she explained me once.

Also to note the first time it was done by a regluar bp gage. The rest were done at walmart and fitting a 16" into that thing may of thrown stuff off. I think i got it under control now
