Is there a good way to keep blood pressure in check while on test?

- COQ10
- Vitamin D
- Potassium (I like bananas)
- Magnesium (At night ZMA)
- GARLIC! Eat Garlic or take it capped

This is what I do.

And take Cycle Assist and/or specific products to control BP.
Agreed. It's always a good idea to take an on cycle support product for BP control and other benefits.

I prefer the blue pill. Much less issues with heartburn.

Even on trt mine has always been fine according to my doc. I believe she checked it once or twice ont he two test only cycles i ran ( 450mg a week for one and 550 for another). Do will be taking liver protection in tudca and nac but might try an all in one.

My understanding is for liver and anabolic orals you NEED tudca. Anyone use a good all in one product that has it? I know 5% organ product is really good but no tudca

You do not need TUDCA...this is better for people already with Choleostasis jaundice going on. I would use some NAC and Liv.52 if you are concerned

Carditone off of Amazon.
Celery seed extract.
I've heard carditone mentioned several times now-all good reviews. I think I might give it a shot-my bp has been a little high last few times they checked it, but no way will I go on prescription bp meds-no way!!!

All I use is SNS Liver Support XT and CEL Tudca when I can afford it. I just finished an 8 week run of Msten (definitely too long) and liver values both came back in range.

Thanks man. I hear msten and dmz are good lean kick starters in place of dbol, but a couple people told me about various people getting jaundice from it so I am back to the drawing board for a kick starter.

Yup definitely agree with this. Probably the quickest way you’ll be able to lower blood pressure and it’ll help prevent your hematocrit from getting too high as well. Also minimizing water retention as others have mentioned, along with diet and supps to assist.

Yeah cialis works. You could also talk to your DR about lisinopril or an another ACE inhibitor
