For question 2 you deserve a beating.
So don't question it. Just move your azz!
-count calories, eat clean (no more skittles, beer, chips, coke and fries)
-make sure to get enough protein
-be in a slight deficit, like minus 500kcal/d
-lift 3 times a week high volume and to perceived failure most of the time
-do clever exercises (pull ups, push ups, deadlifts, bent over rows, squats, dips)
-keep the boxing, maybe reduce to 2 times a week
-do the damn var cycle as described
-come back and show the results
If you did it right, you will be at HALF of your journey, because.... no magic here, just cleared the first milestone of many.

I got ya. Please understand that my ENTIRE workout and eating routine is COMPLETELY different now than it was when I first posted. I'm making all my food at home for the week and eating smart. No drugs, no drinking and asleep every night @ 10:00pm. Boxing 3 days a week to cut the fat which was advised to me from the start bc var on a fatbody is a waste.
Also, I wanted to do a full 3 months off before starting again. It's been 8 months since my last cycle. If you think I should burn more fat, then hit the cycle as described (or differently) I can do that.
Always better to be lean first. What I would do? Honestly? I would do it now. You already have it planed out in your head. Go for it and give it all. Maybe a visible success strengthens your decision in changing your nutrition and training even more, that's why I would start it without delay.
For PCT -and maybe even during the cycle, Proviron is a nice addition. If you want to spend on it, its a wise choice.
During cycle: 2x 25mg/d / in PCT 25mg/d.
Use creatine throughout, combines good with var.

Why are you not including weight lifting? You are cutting......and losing muscle. Weight lifting would only increase your cutting, and help maintain some muscle.
