High AST and ALT

So I did some blood work and my ALT and AST levels are high.

ALT is 156

AST is 51

I ran this cycle for 8 weeks
300mg tren
300mg mast
600 test e
4iu GH pre workout training days
50mg TNE pre workout training days

And my levels are way higher than I anticipated. This is 3 weeks after finishing cycle.

I don’t have any pain, discomfort or any issues. I drink lots of water, don’t drink alcohol whatsoever. No drugs, not even Tylenol.

My doc is going to call me next week to review. But he’s most likely going to tell me to come off everything 100%.

I started taking some cycle support. I know tren is toxic but I didn’t think it would be at this point.

**my doc knows I’m on test and take other supps that are not prescribed.

Should I be concerned? Or is this normal?

First time running tren this long. I’d done 6 weeks before. I don’t get any sides.

We’re you not taking any liver support when you started your cycle?

Buy some glutathione and inject 200mgs a day

Buy some liv52 and take 3 a day.

Increase water intake. Drop all gear except maybe an HRT only protocol. Retest after doing this for 2-4 weeks.

A bit of concern is warranted just so you know how different drugs affect you, but you probably just need a break. I wouldn’t be worried that you’re wrecked for life or anything, the liver is very resilient, but you should take it easy on it for a bit. Although those numbers are elevated, it’s not too bad. You should see what people’s levels are like on accutane.

No I never run cycle support when I’m not taking orals. My levels always came back good so I didn’t think about it.

I’ll drop down to my TRT dose and just do that with GH.

Usually I cruise at 250 which puts me at 1200.

Maybe I’ll just do 200 to let me body recover faster

How's your diet? I heard there was a study about how people who eat fast food a bunch of times a week causes elevated levels, same with high fat diets.

Im extremely strict on diet. Maybe fast food a few times a year.

I weigh practically every meal. My wife made sure I knew I wasn’t allowed to bring my food scale on our honeymoon.

I eat chicken, 93/7 beef, oatmeal, rice and veggies.
