I don't buy into the raspberry ketones thing at all, but I haven't looked into it. My skepticism has kept me from even taking the time to look.

Any specific reasoning for this?

Dr. Oz mainly. Absolutely despise the man and anything he says.

The only time I ever looked into raspberry ketones the study I looked at claiming RK helped with fat loss was also in conjunction with green tea extract, 1,3 DMAA, I believe capsicum and other ingredients. Wasn't enough to convince me, so I never bothered to look it up again.

Thanks for the explanation. I've never ran RK but was debating on running it with my cut... when that time comes. Ill probably end up looking more into them.

Skepticism is always a plus in the supplement industry!!! That's the only way to protect your wallet lol but be careful you may miss out on some good supps that way. Its always good to do a little research before your purchase to see if there is any promise to the using of said supplement.

I would not use Dr Oz as a credible source though buddy

I may be wrong but I think dr oz liking it is the reason he doubts it

This. lol I know a lot of people that follow that tool regardless of my pleading for them not too. Dr. Oz for me is more of a do the complete opposite of whatever he says as my source. haha

I don't think he gets commisons on any sups he talks of and he tries to bring natural altenatives to attention to help others, so what is there to despise about that?

I think he's making a lot off of what he's saying and I've never heard him talk about anything valid. It's a bunch of lose 30lbs in a healthy way in one month doing this or taking that. There is no healthy/effectively/legally way to lose 30lbs in a month.

I did not know he was making commisions off of what he is saying. I do know a lady who lost 24lbs in two months on Raspberry Ketones, not bad.

*caloric deficit along with water and glycogen.

There is no way that RK made her burn 84,000 cals in 2 months.

Edit:
I'm not trying to be a jerk but RK is not some miracle supplement where people just lose weight from taking it.

Lots of colonics though that is definitely in the unhealthy category.

dude is a moron.

(albeit a $ making moron)
