HI I'm back

HI all just wanted to say hi to those i know been away for awhile. Took a long needed rest to let my liver etc get back in shape after a couple long and strong cycles. Also had some nagging rib and knee injuries too.

For those that don't know me. a little background did my first cycle over a decade ago. Have used almost all AAS and PH's out there injectable and pill form. Started competing in martial arts pre teen and wrestled in high school and college. I have fought pro MMA both here in CA and in Hawaii. Trained naturally all through college before i ever picked up a needle. I see AAS as a tool not a crutch or a shortcut. Not at all Huge have always had weight classes in my competition. I am happy to give any advice I can if I am asked but only commenting on things i have tried personally in most instances.

For starters....what AAS do you like best for MMA?...I am new to MMA but I've been training a few times a week...

So far I think Anavar is best...and then of course test...eq....

.Ok it depends on your goals and if you hope to compete and then what state you want to compete in. If your in a state with sanctioned MMA such as me. then you will want to stay away from longer esthes like eq. remember that's what bonnar popped for.

Also are you training for a weight class or personal improvment? Alot of people do Winny but Winny drys my joints personally and I never found it a good choice especially in grappling.

My favorite but not one I recommend for Alot of people for toxity is Halotestin. Great strength, agression and no weight gain.

If not preparing for a match my favorite cycle would have to be prop/dbol/tamox. if close to a match anykind then I favor halo/fina.

Welcome!

What kind of knee injuries did you have? I was competitive in martial arts back in the 90's I took some time off went to college gained some flab. lost some flab and I'm currently thinking about giving mma a try but I have horrible runner's knee (chondromalacia). So I'm always interested in vets with bad knees and how they've dealt with them.

well i am still undecided on whether i would want to fight at 185 or 205...i can easily cut to 185 but i like the way i look much better at 205...right now I'm sitting at 195 without taking anything for 6 months...i'm about to start test enanthate and dbol...high doses...i'm still a beginner in training so i wont be fighting for at least a year from now...

both knees have been surgically repaired, acl and mcl. I didn't check a kick fast enough and caught a shin on the knee. Left my knee sore and needed time. no surgery this time around when grappling I always wear a knee brace min level two the kind with flexible metal strips on both sides.

well with fighting I usually recommend a cut if you can unless your natural weight is your fighting weight. Remember if your gaining 10lbs to be at 205 your opponent is probablly losing 10-15lbs to make weight at 205lbs. the cardio and training involved to get ready for a fight naturally cuts some weight so if your 205 naturally without training for a fight your gonna be below 205 come fight time. 10lbs doesn't seem like a big disadvantage but it is especially on the ground when skill set is = IF you can learn to cut well than it's up to you what weight you like. For instance I too like how i look bigger and walk around 15-20lbs heavier than my fight weight.

with my upcoming bulker i plan to get to somewhere around 210...from there i never want to drop below 200 again...next winter i want to run another and hopefully get to 215-220...then eventually stick to igf/mgf and fighting at 205

This is interesting to read, as someone whos' envolvement does not extend past the couch and PPVs.

Amazing to hear how the differing subs can be used and taken advantage of - it's not just for bodybuilding people.

Welcome back.
