Hi, i am taking RAD-140, im starting my 3rd week and upping it from 5mg to 10mg, can not figure out if i have gyno or not? I have a dipped chest too

training at home, just had two exams so not been fulling committed. Upping Intensity now though.

Have your nipples ever hurt so bad you can't put the sheets over them? If not, you probably don't have gyno.

Keep in mind that the internet is not real life and most cases of "gyno" are actually an itchy nip and a little chest pudge.

The butterfly machine is your friend, it wants to help you.
 
no you don't have gyno. your overly fat in the chest. do more cardio to loose the fat. and like nos says.. you need moar flies and dips.
 
My tits are bigger than yours and i went dr to try and score some serms a.i's whatever, the doc was having not of it said i don't have gyno and trust me my chest is hella boobified but a bit of fat in the wrong place can make you paranoid, especially when you been running gear. Yours looks fine imho, you hardly even have any fat there either.
 
Unless you feel any firm lump around and under the nipple area your good, its doesn't hurt to have a check when your on something just dont let your mind run away with itself and start panicking.

I know what you mean about the sheet, i ran epistane and it was so bad if an ant blew on my nipple i would of hit the ceiling, never know anything like it before

That was during or after epistane? Epistane is a estrogen blocker, so it's weird. RAD140 aggravate my gyno, but perhaps it was fake.

Was few years back now, iirc it started like week 4 of a 5 week cycle and lasted a good 3 weeks. I was confused too so i did research and apparently low e2 sypmtoms can be same as high e2 ones and i didn't get any gyno growth from it so just toughed it out. I'd never run epi solo again though, think its best to have something to aromatize personally
 
I don’t even think you’re scratching the surface with 5 or 10mg however, I get the feeling of wanting to start low.
 
All I can see from these pictures is that you probably don’t need to be running anything. How long have you been lifting for? Looks like you got a lot of growing left to do naturally
 
This^^^^ good advice. Unless this is your physique after 2 or more years solid training and nutrition and you're just a really hard gainer then you'd be better served getting training and food dialled in and tapping out your genetic potential and building a foundation
 
If you're worried or having itchy or puffy nipples you could be developing gyno. I would pick up some Nolvadex from one of the research suppliers and just take 20mg/day as a precaution. It can't hurt, and it can actually reverse gyno if started quickly. As mentioned, you might have what is know as "pseudo-gyno", which is just fatty areas around the chest. You obviously can't spot reduce fat, so you need to decide if you're okay with the extra fat you're adding and just roll with it and do a cutting cycle later, or continue working on a bulking cycle and know that you're going to have some added fat you'll have to get off later at the end.

This right here. You have a ton of natural growing to do. You have no definition. How young are you?

Get off the RAD, start training smart and hard and eating.
