Hey everyone


I started my weightloss get fit journey on June 6th and this forum has since helped me understand what's going on with my body and realize that the scale isn't God, lol. I've seen an significant change in my body and I am DEDICATED not obsessed with working out ?

Now I am at the point where it's time to prep meals as well as workout. Can any one provide any tips or websites that are FREE that can assist with that? Thank you
