well hi every one,,i just came across this site and it looks good.im phil 33 6`4 and 230lbs and bulkin up at the moment,i alos have my own web site and will add a link to your site on there :woohoo:

cheers guys for the welcome,,,spartan im heading for 20 stone plus which i still dont think will look all that big with my height:think:
