Hi! everyone, I'm new, and I hope this is the right place to post.

After lots of online research, the only thing for me to do is gather your anecdotes or your experiences from you guys about if any of these three side effects happened to you guys/other people or not.

I plan to take any of these for two months and then cycle them off.

That way, I can gauge the safety before I order any of these supplements. Thanks!

Have any of you guys got liver damage, pancreatic damage, or kidney damage from taking any of these supplements or have you heard of anybody who did?:

2. Rhodiola Rosea (Rosenroot. Compounds Salidroside & Rosavins)

7. Lavender (Brand Name: CalmAid (Silexan). Lavandula. Compound Linalool)

I’m curious how you plan to take them for 2 months before ordering them.

But no, I haven’t heard of issues with these.

Among the supplements you listed, there is no strong evidence suggesting that any of them are unsafe!
Why do you even consider them to do any kidney damage, Have you had any kidney problems yourself/history?

There are long term studies on many of those ingredients extending way beyond 12 weeks of use.

Some of them have actually been studied and are commonly used to support liver and kidney health.

Not really the right place to post. This is the nootropics section. You want the supplement forum mate. You might want to clarify what your goals are and why you've focused on these so forum members can advise appropriately
