Hello AM family! Just wondering if you guys think Hydra Head 6 and 100mg forskolin daily would be worth the cost for over all fat loss and lean muscle preservation for a large deficit over 12-16 weeks? Anyone have experience running the two together?

Dont know abour Hydra Head 6 but Forskolin wont do a thing for anything ( if u take the infos. we got atm ), there needs to be done much more research on it.

As far muscle preservation, up ur protein intake to keep your nitrogen balance in +
Cuz in the end, only way ur body will eat ur muscle is :
1. Your srsly ill
2.Your nitrogen intake is to low, and ur body uses then amino acids from ur muscles to get what it needs

Thanks man. I haven't been on the forums regularly in quite a while. When did forskolin become so questionable?

Quotting from wiki: "Biological models suggests that forskolin may have a role in cancer therapy*and obesity,*though no randomized clinical trials have been performed to date."
And also quotting :
"In conclusion, 12-week supplementation with forskolin does not cause weight loss, but it may improve body composition in me and prevent weight gain in women.
All that being said, the current evidence is not strong enough to make any recommendations. More research is needed"

You see, the problem is there is not enought proof that it does work ( hence the word MAY ).
Back then every1 believed daa rises testosteron, but its been proven now that in fact it lowers.
Thats the problem with forskolin too, unless we see 100% solid proof i remain skeptic it does anything.
Used it twice, didnt see a anything from it only diarrhea.
