Hgh Reconstitution

I am having a hard time reconstituting without causing significant foam. I have legit "thegreytops". They vacuum us so strong that as soon as the needle penetrates it sucks all the water in forcefully. It is impossible to trickle it down the side. Tonight I even vented it first and it still did it. From everything I read the foam is Hgh degrading. Stuff is too expensive for that lol so any advice appreciated.

Inject air into the vacuum or hold the plunger back so it doesn't succumb to the vacuum pressure.
