I am looking for health benefits and drop some fat. I decided on 4iu daily 2 twice a day. Based on research
My IGF-1 levels prior to starting were 192
After 4 weeks at 4iu daily
My IGF-1 levels came back at 596
Question is this to high for what I a, trying to achieve should I drop to 3 or am I in a good safe range.
I am also on TRT at 200mg weekly
I cant find much on bloodwork so wanted to ask
