hgh numbness and pain in arm/wrists

been on HGH for about 3 1/2 weeks now ..5 iu/day ...2.5am/2.5pm (mood improvement-always excited to do things and get things done, strength up 5 lbs in each excercise some 10 lbs = each progressive week energy)...i love it...however everynight i get pain in my wrist and arm and numbness (heard this is normal with good quality HGH) seeming to be gettin worse..is there anything to help with the pain/numbness it has been keeping me from gettin a good night's sleep??...do side-effects dissappear eventually or should i lower dosage to 4 iu or 3 iu/day?? any help for this would be greatly appreciated so i can get back to normal sleep schedule. THANKS!

Drop the dosage to 2iu/day for a week or two, and then slowly begin the ramp back up.
