HGH Frag 176-191 Stack

Hello brothers and sisters in arms! I've read about the fat burning benefits of HGH Frag. I have a few (ok several) questions for any users with experience using frag:
1. I'm thinking about stacking the frag with either GHRP2 or CJC1295 DAC. Any recommendations on whether to do the frag alone, or which one to stack it with? If you are an experienced user who had great fat burning results with frag and a different peptide, please let me know. Did you experience any side effects?
2. Do I need an AI at all? I never knew gyno could be an issue with HGH peptides, but I just read somewhere where a guy said it took him a year and a half to get rid of it :(
3. How long is it ok to stay on it? Will I need any kind of PCT? How long before I could do it again?
4. Dosing recommendations (for whichever stack you recommend). If possible, I would like to only inject 1x or 2x daily unless there is a huge advantage to 3x daily.
5. Specific times to take. I have seen that it's best to take on an empty stomach and then work out and wait as long as possible to eat (especially before eating carbs) - but I've also read you should eat about 30 minutes after taking. Which one is right? Is it OK to take a pre-workout / caffeine heavy diet pills, and/or BCAA's?
6. One issue is I have to be discreet in my house and I'm concerned about having to refrigerate after I reconstitute the powder. Is it possible to freeze the reconstituted formula and then allow it to come back to liquid before each injection? Will I damage the product if I do that?

I'll do my best and answer what I can. I'm still learning on peptides myself.

1. HGH Frag is good for fat burning like you said. It can be ran alone if you want to see how it works for you alone. You should run a GHRP and a GHRH together. So, you should run both Cjc AND GHRP 2 or GHRP 6 or Ipam.

2. An AI is not necessary. GHRP 2 and GHRP 6 can cause Prolactin issues in some people, with GHRP 6 being the worst. Inhibit P should be plenty to combat this, but Prami or Caber would be good to have on hand just in case.

3. There is no PCT necessary. It is always good to cycle everything to some extent, but peptides are best ran for months at a time to get the most benefit, just like actual HGH.

4. HGH Frag I believe is 500mcg pre morning fasted cardio.

GHRH and GHRP should be ran 100-200mcg each 1-3x daily. Morning, pre/post workout, pre bed is the most basic dosing.

5. Yes, no food before or after dosing. I think it's about 15-30 minutes. HGH Frag may be different. I'm not sure on the best dosing for other supplements. Maybe someone else can help, or you can check out Dat's forum. It has tons of information in peptides that I can't even comprehend.

6. You can't freeze it and unfreeze it multiple times, reconstituted or not. Un constituted can be kept in the freezer, but should be refrigerated once removed from the freezer.

Reconstituted peptides should stay in the fridge. The powder and solution when mixed are both fragile so be careful not to drop it and read on how to correctly reconstitute.


Again, I'm still new to this myself. I answered the best I could based on what I've read lately. I suggest joining Dat's forum and doing some reading and hopefully other people can chime in and correct anything I said or elaborate more. I just gave the most basic information and there's always different ways to tweak things.
 
Gh-frag has not panned out to be what it was though to be. You would need to be running over 1mg a day for any sort of results from all the reviews i've seen which is why I wouldn't bother.

100mcg Hexarelin + 100mcg cjc no dac 2-3x daily would do better for fat loss IMO with 1 shot pre-workout on an empty stomach.

Why Hex over Ipam?
 
The biggest problem people have with frag is they don't use it in a fasted state. As in taking it fasted it releases free fatty acids, then you have to burn them. The longer you fast the better. Also you can't take it fasted do some cardio then eat right after, need to stay fasted. That's why this is not been seen as optimal by bodybuilders who eat every two or so hours. Also gyno from peptides would stem from prolactin issues. Would need to run a drug to address such issues if your susceptible such as prami.
 
Guys - thanks so much for the answers - much appreciated!!! I'm leaning towards just trying it by itself and making sure I stay fasted for a significant period post-workout. I'm stacking it with Cjc right now and have been having great results. I take it every morning before fasted cardio and eat about 3 hours after taking it.
 
Thank you! That's great to hear. I'm assuming that's cjc with DAC. It sounds like you're just combining both into just one daily shot. Please let me know if I'm wrong about either of those. Also, roughly how long before you started seeing results?
 
Yeah, it's Cjc w/ dac and I just combine them into once shot in the morning. I started noticing a difference after about 2 weeks of using it.

I've seen that there is a possibility one may negate the other. You may want to space them out by 20-30 mins.
 
My girl just started this on her fasting days. She is doing two 400 mcg shots, both before cardio sessions in the am and afternoon. She is one week in. I will report back with more info as time goes on
 
Empiremind - it sounds like she's about 3 weeks in. How's things going for her so far? Is she also using Cjc w/ Dac? Thanks!
 
ewolf2 - Do you mind if I ask how much you are dosing with both the Cjc w/ dac and the Frag? Btw, do you take a stimulant before your cardio sesh? Thanks in advance!

No DaC. She's doing well. Definitely lost around 2 lbs. She was 125 and tiny already so in relation to her size it has been very effective since she doesn't have much to lose...
