HGH Dose and Sideaffects

I am taking 4iu a day with 2iu in the AM and 2 iu in the PM. I am now one month deep and noticed 2 weeks ago retaining water in my ankles (Edema) and sometimes in my fingers. What is your thought and how to fix it. I thought of taking some Nolvadex possible to get rid of water retention.

You're taking too much. When I was using growth I was taking 1.2iu once in the morning and my igf-1 was 255. 4iu is too high
