Hey man,
I am also interested in this. I post a few days ago, but not much response.
Here is my logic behind it, and I could be wrong but . .
#1 - HGH reduces insulin sensitivity, thus IF you eat a lot of carbs and/or eat high glycemic index carbs(starches/suger), then b/c of the low insulin sensitivity, you will have high blood sugar, which is not good, but not horrible unless it is consistent(here is what my knowledge ends regarding blood sugar).
#2 - Like always in choosing a healthy lifestyle in regards to diet, is to keep blood sugar regulated.
Here is what I've been doing:
1) Suplement L-Carnitine & ALA to improve insulin sensitivity
- 500mg Carnitine 3x daily, 150mg ALA 3x daily => even on off days
2) 90 min before and 90 min after, try not to eat any carbs.
3) 90 min to 3 hrs, keep on complex carbs like beans and oats, whole wheats.
Keep in mind I am NO expert and also looking for answers as yourself. But from the research I got from all over the internet, this is what made sense to me.
If someone else reads this and thinks I am wrong, please please please reply.
