If I have a 30iu bottle of gentropin and it comes with a 2ml bottle of bac water do I put all 2ml of water in or what would be the easiest way to dose how many IU's I'm injecting with a insulin needle

Yes just dump it all in there and then do the math. It'd be easier to just get another ml of water and go one for one with the iu. .1ml = 1iu GH

So your saying put 3ml of bac water so that its easier to figure on the syringe that makes sense
