Have been training for 4 months I was at 27% body fat now I am at 23 and it goes down to 22 but I can't seem to go lower I workout 3 times a day and eat clean any suggestions will be great!
3 times a day Workouts? Are you doing Cardio? Try HIIT Training! How is your Protein? Try to cut carbs under 100 for 2 days and kick it to 300 on the 3 rd day. Try this and let me know how it is working. Keep in mind,You can over train also. I am struggling with this also but my problem is my diet! Lol
